Data Deletion Requests
This page explains how to ask Cereals Lab to delete data collected through our mobile apps, including:
- Crossword Daily!
- JigBlast: Jigsaw Block Puzzle
- NonoCube: 3D Nonogram Puzzle

- Any other app published on Google Play by Cereals Lab
Our apps do not require you to create an account. Game progress is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. In SipLimit, your drink log, body weight and survey answers also stay on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to help@cerealslab.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include the app name and, if you used a leaderboard, the nickname you entered. For SipLimit, list the names of the drinks you added to the catalog. If you can, also include your device model so we can find the right records.
- We reply within 7 days to confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Leaderboard entries (nickname and score) stored on our servers.
- SipLimit drink suggestions you added (drink name, type and alcohol %).
- Anonymous player and install identifiers linked to those entries.
- Support emails and any information you sent us, once your request is resolved.
- We also ask our analytics, attribution and advertising partners (Google Firebase, GameAnalytics, Tenjin, AppLovin) to delete data tied to your device identifiers, where they support deletion requests.
What we keep
- Purchase records required for tax and accounting purposes, kept for the period required by law (up to 5 years). Payment details are processed by Google Play and are never stored by us.
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
Other options
- Uninstalling the app removes all game progress stored on your device.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads on most Android devices).
데이터 삭제 요청 (한국어)
Cereals Lab 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 게임 진행 기록은 기기에 저장되어 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 오늘음주(SipLimit)의 음주 기록·체중·설문 답변도 기기에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
- help@cerealslab.com으로 제목 "데이터 삭제 요청"과 함께 앱 이름, 랭킹을 이용했다면 닉네임, 오늘음주에서 술을 직접 추가했다면 추가한 술 이름을 보내 주세요.
- 7일 이내에 접수를 확인해 드리고, 30일 이내에 삭제를 완료합니다.
삭제되는 정보: 서버에 저장된 랭킹 기록(닉네임·점수), 오늘음주에서 추가한 술 제안(이름·종류·도수), 이와 연결된 익명 식별자, 문의 메일. 분석·광고 파트너(Google Firebase, GameAnalytics, Tenjin, AppLovin)에도 기기 식별자 기준 삭제를 요청합니다.
보관되는 정보: 세법상 보관 의무가 있는 구매 기록(최대 5년, 결제 정보는 Google Play가 처리하며 당사는 저장하지 않음), 개인을 식별할 수 없는 통계.
